Yes. Cepaos is fully responsive. Cellar hands log picks, pump-overs, and measurements from a phone, out in the rows or on the crush pad.
Does Cepaos work without internet?
Yes, for field and cellar work. Open the app once with signal and you can then record harvests, grape intake, fermentations, barrels, work orders, spray records and vineyard observations without a connection; everything syncs automatically when signal returns. Reports, dashboards and invoicing need a connection.
Can I migrate from another wine software?
Yes. The built-in import tool takes your CSV or Excel files and suggests the column mapping for vineyard blocks, tanks, barrels, harvests, winemaking records, cellar movements, customers, supplies and budgets. On our tailored plan for large operations, our team also migrates your historical data for you.
